Week 14 in Advanced Culinary Nov. 2-6
This week in Advanced Culinary we will be making chocolate pound cake. We’re finishing what we started last week because we had some catering functions at school we had to prep for. We have the cultural fair coming up on Friday here at school so some things may have to wait until next week in order to accomodate that. Please remind your students that they need to have their mask on in class at all times unless they are eating or drinking. It is a school policy and if we follow that we can continue in person instruction. I hope you all have an amazing week.
