Week 15 in Advanced Culinary

Hello Families,

This week in Advanced Culinary we are going to start with some dessert basics. We are going to start with custards and custard sauces. This week we’ll be making Creme Anglaise which is a vanilla sauce enriched with egg yolks and Pastry Cream which is basically vanilla pudding that is the base for a lot of fillings. We also have our breakfast burrito sale tomorrow morning here at school to help fundraise for the program. Bacon, egg and cheese burritos will be $5 and Egg and Cheese will be $4.
