Week 15 in Culinary Arts 1
This week in Culinary 1 we are going to start with some dessert basics. We are going to start with custards and custard sauces. This week we’ll be making Creme Anglaise which is a vanilla sauce enriched with egg yolks and Pastry Cream which is basically vanilla pudding that is the base for a lot of fillings. We also have our breakfast burrito sale tomorrow morning here at school to help fundraise for the program. Bacon, egg and cheese burritos will be $5 and Egg and Cheese will be $4.
