Week 31 in Culinary 1: Mar. 29-Apr. 1
Happy Easter week. As a reminder there is no school on Friday or Monday for the holiday. This week in Culinary 1 we’re going to start with actually making our bread recipes. The students took a fair amount of notes last week to get a good foundation of baking and the techniques as well as terminology used. We’ll be making baguettes this week which is one of the most basic bread formulas. I hope everyone has a great week!
