Week 34 Culinary 1: Apr. 19-23

This week in Culinary 1 we’re tackling a different type of dough that is a bit different than other doughs but produces some of the most well known luxurious pastries and that is pate choux which we’re turning into cream puffs. This is one of the basic doughs any pastry cook needs to know when working in a bakeshop. I hope everyone has a great week!
